Why It Exists
There is no shortage of writing on enterprise AI. What there is a shortage of is writing that a practitioner can use on Monday morning — the kind of writing that answers the specific operational questions that come up when you actually have to design a governance framework, hire an AI-CoE director, triage a pipeline of use cases, or take a model through a Responsible AI review.
The Enterprise Intelligence Institute publishes into that gap. The Enterprise Intelligence Series — a set of practitioner-grade reference guides organised across four tiers — is designed to be the canon a senior AI leader reaches for when they need rigorous, opinionated, implementable frameworks rather than another survey of the field.
The Institute also provides advisory services to a limited number of enterprise clients. The advisory work and the publishing work are deliberately coupled. The advisory work keeps the publishing honest; the publishing gives the advisory work a foundation. Neither would be as useful in isolation.

Dr. Yassin Miheisi
Dr. Yassin Miheisi’s work spans enterprise AI strategy, governance, capability maturity, and the operational discipline required to move AI from experimentation into durable, governed production.
He has advised organisations across financial services, healthcare, the public sector, and legal — typically at the Chief Data Officer, Chief AI Officer, or senior executive level. The work ranges from short-form maturity assessments through to multi-year AI skills development, and the methodology is consistent across the range: diagnostic against a rigorous framework, a focused roadmap, and hands-on implementation support.
He is the author of the Enterprise Intelligence Series, of which five Foundation titles are currently published: the AI Center of Excellence Guide (EIS-001), the AI Capability Maturity Handbook (EIS-002), the AI Skills Framework (EIS-003), AI Vendor Due Diligence (EIS-004), and AI Governance with ISO 42001 (EIS-005). A further ten Executive titles, ten Sector titles, and a growing Specialist list are in active development.
